Tax Policy
All California orders are subject to sales tax by Rakuten.com Shopping
Orders over $300 in product value will require a signature at the time of delivery. The signature option may be removed at the request of the customer, at which point customer takes full responsibility for any lost or stolen packages after initial delivery.
IMPORTANT: Please keep all original tags and packaging in the case of a return or exchange. A 10% restocking fee will be assessed for all items returned without the original tags, and a 20% restocking and handling fee for all items not returned in it's original packaging.

30 DAY RETURN POLICY

If for any reason you are not satisfied, you can either return the item or request an exchange within 30 days of the date of receipt.

All returns and exchanges must be sent back to LuxuryLane at customer's expense. If you are returning an item for an exchange, shipping for the new item will be free of charge.

All refunds will be made to the original form of payment, less shipping charges.

We highly advise to obtain insurance and a tracking number for your returned merchandise. Luxury Lane will not be held responsible for loss or damage of returned goods.

KEEP ALL ORIGINAL TAGS AND PACKAGING

Please note that all returned items must be in original, non-damaged, or new condition with no obvious signs of use. Keep all original tags and packaging in the case of a return or exchange. A 10% restocking fee will be assessed for all items returned without the original tags, and a 20% restocking and handling fee for all items not returned in it's original packaging.

USED ITEMS

To insure that we are only selling the finest quality merchandise to our customers, we must make sure returned merchandise has not been used. For apparel items, this could include items that are worn or laundered. All items must be returned to us in the exact same condition it was received. If a return is denied, you will be notified. Merchandise will be returned to you and you will incur an additional shipping charge.

DAMAGED DURING TRANSIT

Any items damaged during shipment should be reported within 5 days of receipt. We ask that the damage is documented by taking a picture of the merchandise and shipping carton that it came in.
